Montenegro being the smallest former republic - now independent state - of Yugoslavia is known for their legendary lazy people. In Montenegro, there is not much to see: a lot of rocks, steep slopes and part of the Adriatic coast. There's extraordinary heat for most of the year, so I guess this is probably one of the most important reasons for the Montenegrin laziness.
